Our products are shipped from Nashik and it takes us 3 - 8 days to deliver goods to your doorstep.
Upon confirmation of payment OR by selecting Cash on delivery option for the order (“Order(s)”) placed by the you, the Company directly ships any such Order via third party logistic partners. Your Orders are inspected thoroughly before shipment to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
The shipping charges varies in accordance with the dimension, height, weight, and location of delivery of the Orders. The Users can view the levied shipping charges upon checkout.
Note: Please allow for an additional 1-2 days of processing time. Also For logistical reasons, some items may be delivered in separate packages.
In case of natural calamity or disaster or lockdown or during any social emergency situation order can be delayed or cancelled from our side or you may not receive shipping.

Such cancellation request must be placed within normal business hours i.e. 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. In the event, a cancellation request has been placed after the business hours, it will be considered as a request placed on the subsequent day and we shall not be liable if the Order is dispatched on the day of the receipt of such cancellation email after the business hours.
After order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the return policy mentioned below is applicable.
If the products delivered to you are damaged/ defective or wrong item received, then only we can consider your return & replacement request. Defective or Damaged item received must be verified via unboxing video, Please send a request to info@dharmadhikari.in or call at +91- 9822206670
If the received product is damaged/ defective, you must notify us within 24 hours of the receipt. We might ask to share a snapshot at info@dharmadhikari.in. In such case money will not be refunded but we will exchange the damaged goods
If buyer don’t like the fragrance or quality of product in that case there will be no refund or no exchange from our side
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Approved refunds will only be given in your in-store wallet as a discount code or gift card that can be used on dharmadhikari.in for placing your next order. No refunds will be issued to UPI IDs or Bank accounts
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
There will be no doorstep goods collection facility from our side. Buyer / customer need to return goods with own expenses and efforts. To return the ordered goods, please send purchased goods to the following address.
